If you've been in digiscrapping for a while, you've probably heard about the Preset Viewer. This is a program that looks into your Photoshop directory and shows you large previews of all of your presets - brushes, styles, etc. It's extremely handy for when you're not sure what you want to use and don't want to load each set of presets just to see what they'd look like.
I had bought the PV last year, but then my computer died and I had to get a new one. I didn't have the download link any more, so I assumed I was just out the money I'd spent on it.
On the off chance, I sent Tumasoft customer service an email recently, asking them if I could get a new download link since I'd purchased the PV. Amazingly enough, they reset my download and I was able to get it again! You know, it's really sad that it's getting rarer and rarer these days that a company would be so great when it was all my fault that I lost it in the first place. But there you have it. Their CS rocks!
You can get the Preset Viewer here. Tell 'em you heard about them from someone who thought their customer service is awesome!
